This is to confirm that Film and Video Umbrella have commissioned the above named person to produce an artwork as part of the exhibition entitled the.year.dot
As part of the production of this artwork, Carey Young will invest not more than £1000 of the commissioning fee awarded to her by Film and Video Umbrella.
Permission to use the fee in this manner has been granted by Film and Video Umbrella and the funders of this project.
The intentions of the artist in this regard are fully recognised and understood by Film and Video Umbrella.
It is anticipated that the artist may request permission for the recording by means of photography or video of transactions that will take place in the process of investing this money.
